Today, the importance of addressing healthy foods has become more evident with regard to the benefits of these products to scientists, the government of men and consumers. Healthy and organic foods have many benefits in addition to food health, including better flavor than conventional foods, higher nutritional values, water conservation, soil conservation, biodiversity enhancement, and the economic development of communities. Because the main factor behind the growth of any economic system is the ability to know the behavior of the consumer, the factors influencing it, and the power to predict his behavior. Therefore, the study of consumer behavior, which is the first and the most important ring of an economic system, should be one of the main priorities of policymakers, planners and managers of the country for the growth, economic development, welfare and community health. Also, the expansion of demand for this kind of food products has created a potentially good market in the country, which can be created with due attention to this sector in addition to meeting the needs of consumers. Therefore, since very little research has been carried out at the level of the research and academic centers in this area, the need for research has been felt so that it may be of interest to industrial and industrial units, and thus they can align their production level with the demands Consumers to upgrade.
Research purposes:
1- Identifying the factors that lead to the selection of organic products by consumers.
2- Investigation of the Importance of Important Factors on the Selection of Organic Products in Guilan Province.
3- Assistance to activists and policy makers of Guilan Province Poultry Industry in identifying factors affecting the selection and purchase of green chicken.
4- Increasing awareness and encouraging consumers to use organic products.
5- Helping decision makers of green chicken in Guilan province to better understand consumer behavior.
